GenAlpha Online Class is a live, instructor-led technology learning platform. Unlike recorded course platforms, all our sessions are live — you get real-time interaction with a dedicated instructor, not pre-recorded videos.
Anyone! Parents can register their children (wards) from age 8 upward. Individuals (adults and teenagers) can also register themselves. We have courses designed for different age groups and experience levels.
KYI stands for Know Your Instructor. Before your classes begin, we schedule a short introductory session between you and your assigned instructor — completely free. You get to meet them, ask questions, and decide if it's the right fit. If not, you can request a different instructor.
Class frequency is completely flexible — from once a week to multiple sessions weekly depending on your schedule and pace. You choose your preferred days and time windows during registration.
Absolutely. We support learners from any timezone — Nigeria, Canada, UK, and beyond. Our scheduling system uses IANA timezone identifiers (e.g. America/Toronto, Europe/London) so class times are always shown correctly in your local time.
Our courses are priced per hour, with both Naira (₦) and USD pricing available. You purchase a package of hours upfront. The system tracks your hours consumed and remaining, and you can top up as needed.
Classes are held via Google Meet or Zoom. The meeting link is shared in your portal before each session. You don't need any special software — just a modern browser.
Yes. Instructors assign practical work after sessions. Learners submit through their portal. Instructors review, score, and give written feedback. Parents can see all submissions in their parent portal.
Your portal shows modules completed, assignments submitted, classes attended, and an overall progress percentage. Instructors also submit a weekly report that goes directly to parents and learners.
GenAlpha certificates are issued by GenAlpha EdTech Solution Ltd, a registered company. Each certificate has a unique ID and QR code that anyone can scan to verify. The certificates serve as strong practical skills records.

Payment details are provided after your application is approved and your KYI session is completed. We accept bank transfers and major payment methods. Nigerian learners pay in Naira; international learners can pay in USD.
